Who we are
Green Capital Investment (GCI) is a Namibian sustainability company that was established by Vanessa and Thomas Gold, with aim to combat catastrophic climate change by building innovative supply chain solutions through manufacturing and distribution to help renewable energy producers and consumers have direct access to buy main components for solar energy locally and at competitive prices.
Green Capital Investments consists of a pool of associates – both local and international – coming from different professional disciplines and cultures who have been exposed to the renewable energy sector, manufacturing operations, engineering, finance, and project management. We envisage building strong local supply chains that are more comprehensive for the Namibian market, whilst creating a research and development hub locally that will help the Namibian market keep up with trends in the renewable energy value.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to maximise the industrial potential of Namibia by being recognised as one of the first investment companies to be at the forefront of strengthening and building a solid, strong manufacturing sector and supply chains for the market.
Green Capital Investment envisions to be a partner for local solar research that will boost competitiveness of the domestic production and help the market to be positioned to compete globally.
